For the first episode of Field Recordings, we have invited Katharina Kollmann, aka Nichtseattle, for an intimate full-length solo performance. With her captivating and vulnerable, melancholic yet playful songwriting, she is, to us, one of the very few authentic voices in German pop music. The singer-songwriter, who grew up in Berlin-Karlshorst, previously released English-language music under the name Lake Felix. With Nichtseattle, however, she began writing in German. After her first self-released album Wendekid (2019), her second highly acclaimed album, Kommunistenlibido (2022), was released—this time on the Staatsakt label. Her third album, HAUS, followed in April 2024, featuring twelve new songs recorded with her band and choir.

The show will be supported by exclusive catered radio shows from Radio Wörner and Funky Fasching.
