Julia Nagel is a freelance musician and founder of Sinfonia Leipzig – The Freelance Orchestra. She transitioned from music college straight into freelancing and, through founding the orchestra, became a self-taught manager focused on people rather than profit. As a freelancer herself, she has learned to balance big goals with a sustainable work-life approach—something essential when managing an entire orchestra.
