🍜 RAMEN WEEKEND at Drei der Münze 🍜

From 15th to 17th May, between 6 PM and 10 PM, Drei der Münze invites you to a special ramen pop-up in Leipzig.

Our guest chef is Shohei Yoshida, a ramen master with 25 years of experience in Japan, who opened his third shop in Berlin last year. For three nights only, he will serve two exclusive ramen options:

🔥 Jiro-Kei Ramen
A bold and rich pork-based ramen, famous in Japan for its powerful flavour and generous portions. Served with a massive heap of vegetables, cheese, and low-temperature cooked pork.

🌱 Vegan Shoyu Ramen
A refined soy sauce-based ramen made with three kinds of mushrooms, soybeans, dried daikon radish, and various vegetables. A deep and classic Japanese dashi experience.

You can choose between the vegan or meat option when booking your ticket.
