Vor 2 Jahren hat PLUS for Refugees mit ihren Klient*innen zum ersten Mal die Refugee Pride ausgerufen! Das Event war auch vergangenes Jahr ein absolutes Highlight und hat dringenden Wiederholungsbedarf: Am 20.06. ist Weltgeflüchtetentag. Der Tag liegt mitten im Pride Month – Wir kombinieren beides und feiern Refugee Pride!

Wir laden am Freitag, den 26.06., von 17-21 Uhr zu einer Sonderedition unseres monatlichen Café International ein, im QZM queere geflüchtete Menschen und queere Menschen von überall auf der Welt zu zelebrieren.

Wir werden einen Laufsteg für alle öffnen, die laufen und ihre Outfits präsentieren möchten. Dabei ist egal, ob du dich gegen gesellschaftliche Normen, in für dich kulturell wichtiger Kleidung oder einfach wie jeden Tag (oder alles zusammen) kleidest. Schreib uns gerne eine Nachricht mit Musikwunsch und ob du möchtest, dass zu deinem walk etwas Bestimmtes gesagt wird. Für Snacks und Getränke ist gesorgt.

2 years ago, PLUS for Refugees and its clients organized Refugee Pride for the first time! Also in 2025 the event was a highlight of the year and urgently needs to be repeated: June 20th, is World Refugee Day – and because that’s in the middle of Pride Month, we will combine both and celebrate Refugee Pride!

We’re inviting to this special edition of our monthly Café International at QZM on Friday, June 26, from 5pm to 9pm, to celebrate queer refugees and queer people from all over the world.

We’ll be opening the catwalk for everyone who wants to walk and present their outfits. You might dress against social norms, in clothes that are culturally important to you or simply like every day (or all of the above). Please send us a message with your music preference and whether you would like something specific to be said about your walk. Snacks and drinks will be provided.
