Shannon & The Clams formed 2007 in Oakland by accident, depression, and the urge to just get on fucking stage. That this was successful shows in their 5th and latest album, Year Of The Spider, where they're crafting their utterly unique vintage sound that incorporates wonderfully strange elements of doo-wop, classic R&B, garage psych and surf rock to produce this timeless gem from these perennial indy favorites.
