SICKER MAN "Spökenkieker" - Release Konzert

On February 5th we celebrate the release of „Spökenkieker“, the 15th album of SICKER MAN, with a very special line-up. Apart from his constant collaborator KIKI BOHEMIA on electronics and bass, there will be a little ensemble of four  extra musicians featuring violin, cello, saxophone and trumpet. Together they will perform the unique music of "Spökenkieker". Elements of Spiritual and Free Jazz, Orchestral Swing and Impressionism perfectly align with Dubstep Beats, Ambient Soundscapes and Electric Cello Noise, creating a temporal confusion that blurs the lines between memory and reality.

opener: Duos Duet
Duos Duet is a Berlin-based violin–cello duo formed in 2017 by Niki Yaghmaee (violin/viola) and Golsana Shenasaei (cello).
After years of performing in orchestras and working with contemporary and classical ensembles, the pair turned toward a more personal and experimental sound. They began busking in the streets of Tehran, where their distinctive musical voice first took shape, before expanding their performances to Tbilisi, Istanbul, Izmir, and Berlin. Their music blends cinematic and classical world-crossover elements with experimental techniques, weaving their Iranian roots into looping and computer-programmed textures. The result is immersive, atmospheric soundscapes marked by emotional depth and a unique artistic identity.
