Flow Dance Sweat Special Event: Sing & Sweat for Women

​Valentine’s Day Sauna Gathering: 14.02.2026 | 2pm–5pm

​In this season of hibernation and rest, we want to invite you to our first event off the dancefloor. We designed this as a community celebration of heat, voice, connection and release. Come sweat, sing, soften, and let the body release what the mind is tired of holding.

​We’ll move through sauna rituals, a guided singing circle, and cosy spaces for rest and integration, with tea, snacks, firelight and warm water under the open sky.

​As usual, "women" includes trans women and everyone identifying as a woman.

​Programme:

• ​Somatic arrival 

• ​Sharing circle

• ​Aufguss (sauna ritual) 

• ​Singing circle 

• ​Chill-out space with tea + snacks

• ​Outdoor hot tub + fireplace

Flow Dance

Flow Dance is a collective of embodiedment practitioners, activists and community organisers that host women's "ecstatic dances" rooted in decolonial spirituality, somatics and embodied activism.
