South East Asian Food Pop up

Some dishes stay with you long after the trip is over.

For two nights, I’m bringing a well-curated mix of Southeast Asian sharing plates to U-Bar — dishes inspired by travels through Asia, recipes I kept coming back to, and flavors I rarely find on menus in Berlin.

Usually, my pop-ups revolve around ramen. This time, the bowls make room for a table full of small plates: fresh herbs, heat, acidity, crunch, comfort, and dishes made to be shared.

Bring your favorite people, order a few plates for the table, and try your way through the menu.
