Für die diesjährige Startup-Woche Düsseldorf haben wir uns etwas Besonderes überlegt und ihr könnt dabei sein: Die unglaubliche Startup X Corporate Pickleball Bonanza – powered by Hype1000!

Da wir keine Lust auf Meeting-Räume und Offices haben, findet unser Event dieses Mal an der Theodor-Heuss-Brücke statt, genauer: auf dem Sportplatz unter der Brücke mit Mega-Atmosphäre direkt am Rhein.

Für alle, die sich jetzt fragen: „Pickle-was?“: Pickleball ist der absolute Renner in den USA – eine Mischung aus Tennis, Badminton und Tischtennis, super einfach zu lernen und echt spaßig. Und das Beste? Ihr braucht zum Spielen keinerlei Vorerfahrung. Egal, ob ihr schon Erfahrung habt oder den Schläger zum ersten Mal in der Hand haltet, wir freuen uns auf euch!

Was erwartet euch?

Mini Pickleball Turnier: Wir organisieren ein lockeres Turnier, bei dem es weniger um den Sieg als vielmehr um den Spaß und das Kennenlernen geht. Also, keine Scheu! Einen Pokal gibt es natürlich trotzdem.

Snacks & Drinks on us: Hunger oder Durst zwischendurch? Kein Problem, wir sorgen für Verpflegung und kühle Getränke.

Netzwerken mal anders: Statt im Business-Look treffen wir uns in Shorts und Sneakern. Dabei wollen wir spannende Startups und Corporates zusammenbringen. Es wird Zeit, die Visitenkarten gegen den Pickleball-Schläger zu tauschen!

Wann und wo?

Merkt euch den 05.06.2024 von 16:00 bis 19:00 Uhr vor und kommt zum Sportplatz unter der Theodor-Heuss-Brücke. Bringt eure Kolleginnen und Kollegen, Freunde oder auch eure Investorinnen und Investoren mit – je mehr, desto besser. Und keine Sorge, wir haben für alles gesorgt, damit ihr einen genialen Nachmittag habt.

We have come up with something special for this year's Startup Week Düsseldorf and you can be part of it: The incredible Startup X Corporate Pickleball Bonanza – powered by Hype1000!

Since we're not in the mood for hosting this event in meeting rooms and offices, this time our event will take place at the Theodor-Heuss-Brücke, or more precisely: on the sports field under the bridge with a mega atmosphere right on the Rhine.

For all those who are now asking themselves: "Pickle-what?": Pickleball is the absolute rage in the USA - a mixture of tennis, badminton and table tennis, super easy to learn and really fun. And the best thing? You don't need any previous experience to play. Whether you already have experience or are holding a racket for the first time, we look forward to seeing you!

What can you expect?

Mini Pickleball Tournament: We are organizing a casual tournament that is less about winning and more about having fun and getting to know each other. So, don't be shy! Of course, there will still be a trophy.
Snacks & drinks on us: Hungry or thirsty in between? No problem, we'll provide refreshments and cool drinks.
Networking with a difference: Instead of wearing business attire, we'll meet in shorts and sneakers. We want to bring together exciting startups and corporates. It's time to swap your business cards for a pickleball bat!

When and where?

Save the date 05.06.2024 from 4:00 pm to 07:00 pm and come to the sports field under the Theodor-Heuss-Brücke. Bring your colleagues, friends or even your investors – the more the merrier. And don't worry, we've provided everything you need to have a great afternoon.

How to register?
