What to expect
💆🏻♀️ A relaxing walk through the beautiful Forstbotanischer Garten und Friedenswald.
💬 Good chats and quiet moments along the way.
🍎 An (optional) park chill with simple snacks at the end.
The Program
11:00 - 11:15 | Meet at the bus stop Köln Schillingsrotter Str. (50996 Rodenkirchen). We will then walk into the park together.
11:30 - 12:15 | Connect with yourself during the walk.
12:15 - 13:30 | Connect with others.
13:30 - 14:30 | (Optional) park chill with simple snacks.
What to bring
💦 A water bottle.
🫂 Yourself - we'll take care of the rest.
And for the (optional) park chill at the end...
😌 Your book, crochet set, journal, or whatever helps you unwind.
