Sunday Salon by Casey Spooner & Serkan Sarier
Curated and produced by Ameesia Marold
Sunday, May 3 2026, 18:00—20:00
Mollstraße 1, First Floor, 10178 Berlin
While Gallery Weekend fills the city's white cubes, Casey Spooner opens the doors of his first permanent Berlin studio for the inaugural edition of what he envisions as an ongoing, open, and resolutely off-circuit gathering series.
The evening brings together Spooner's first public showing of bronze sculptures, made in collaboration with Berlin's Noack Foundry, alongside an early preview of his new performance work still in development, that will be presented in the coming months.
Painter Serkan Sarier presents two new large-scale oil-on-jute works depicting figures suspended mid-dissolution, human forms quietly overtaken by botanical elements and hostile atmospheres.
Free entry, drinks served, 6–8pm.
