The body of compassion

Are you curious to explore compassion not only as a concept, but as a deeply embodied experience and practice? Then our workshop might be just right for you. 

Marie and Fanny have studied holistic dance pedagogy together, and are both passionate about movement as a practice of healing, reconnection, and community building. Our work is grounded with a big emphasis on honouring our own timing, pacing, and somatic needs in each given moment.
