In a small town of corrupt officials, panic strikes: a Government Inspector is arriving incognito! Terrified their dealings will be exposed, they frantically attempt to avoid consequences. But who is he? And how can they deal with him?
Nikolai Gogol’s 1836 play reveals that power is merely a construct created by the opinions of others. The AcTUM ensemble brings this timeless, highly relevant topic to the stage.
