This Tuesday, Andreas Jünger (ProEnviron / RCC) will join us for the Tuesday Discussion to talk about “Organic Crops in Andalusia: An Insight into Organic Farming in Southern Spain.” Andreas’s research concerns organic farming—its agricultural and environmental history, political ecology, and its role in agro-food studies—and the economic, social, and environmental history of Germany, Spain, and Chile in the twentieth and twenty-first centuries. In this Tuesday Discussion, he will give insights into his field work on sustainable production and organic farming in Southern Spain.
