You'll learn the essential basics and turn them into fun combinations or short choreographies. Perfect for Anyone who wants to develop a stronger connection to their body, improve their hip mobility and discover a dance style full of energy and expression. While dancing, You’ll improve Your endurance and strengthen for core, legs & glutes.
