Upstream Concert Series for New Music and Performance
#3 - DETRITUS

Upstream's September edition combines artists from Australia and the UK with Hamburg-based artist Nika Son for an evening dedicated to the idea of DETRITUS. We are taken from a meditation on satellite disposal and atmosphere (Alexandra Spence) to the creative potential of hypnotic, trance-like states induced by insomnia (Son) to a chaotic affirmation of detritus as fertile ground for pushing music into new spaces (Yes Indeed).
