HOPpalla - we're doing a Festival! Das House of Pumps-Kollektiv (HOP) ist zurück – mit VIOLET #4 in XXL! Was sonst für einen Abend aufleuchtet, wird jetzt zum dreitägigen Raum für queere Kunst und Community. Zum ersten Mal öffnen sich die Türen gleich für ein ganzes Festivalwochenende: Come as queer as you are – und bleib so. Los geht’s am Freitag mit Performance, Ankommen, Wiedersehen, Kennenlernen – und Dance! Wir steigen mit einer Performance ins Festivalwochenende ein und wechseln danach ins Pumpenhaus-Foyer zum Get-together. Der Samstag dreht dann auf – mit Workshops und dem vierten VIOLET-Abend: Catwalk, Zauberei, Performance, DJs. Ehrlich wie immer: Alles kann, nichts muss – wir versprechen nur, dass es wild, queer und unerwartet wird. Und weil jedes gute Wochenende auch ein gutes Ende verdient, gibt’s am Sonntag ein gemeinsames Runterkommen mit einem entspannten Film und community vibes. Riecht ihr schon das Popcorn? Der Sonntag wird entspannt! Ab dem Nachmittag gibt es ein Community-Café mit Waffeln, Tee und Raum zum Entspannen, Ankommen und Austauschen nach den fulminanten Festivaltagen. Begleitet wird das von einem kleinen Gesprächsformat mit Gästen zu queerer Kultur und Festivalthemen. Später könnt ihr den Tag mit einem Film im Pumpenhaus ausklingen lassen. Das Café bleibt durchgehend offen – ein entspannter Raum für Begegnung und Gespräche.

Sunday shifts into a softer, more open format. Starting later in the afternoon, it takes the shape of a community café with waffles, tea, and space to slow down, connect, and reflect together after the previous days. Alongside this, there will be a small panel-style moment with invited guests and collaborators, offering short insights and conversations around queer culture, local contexts, and some of the ideas that have shaped the festival. Later in the day, there is the option to attend a film screening, with tickets available on the door. The café space will remain open throughout, so people can dip in and out, stay for a chat, or simply spend time together. Overall, Sunday is about bringing things together. A gentle landing point for the festival, with space for conversation, exchange, and a more informal way of being together.
