Wondering how to step into real leadership roles as woman?

Feeling stuck without networks, mentors or clear next steps?

You’re not alone.

Here’s the thing: we need to understand what’s actually stopping woman from leading.

That’s why we're inviting 20 FLINTA* to join our SheLeads “Focus Groups”. Here we will mainly exchange, inspire and learn from each other.

What are focus groups?

We’re building a European network to empower woman in leadership—but first, we need YOUR voice to understand what barriers exist and what skills are actually missing.

Once we know that, we’ll create events designed to teach exactly what you need.

What You Get afterwards

This is your entry to a free year-long leadership journey:

2x Focus Group (April - May)– 2 hours discussing barriers, pathways, and visions with peers (+ snacks & drinks!)

8 free online leadership sessions (July - Sep) – EU engagement, networking skills, career pathways

Local Berlin event (2026-27) – Meet role models, mentors, and professionals

Online BarCamp (2027) – Co-create the SheLeads Manifesto with woman across 6 countries

Final conference (2027) – Launch the network. Present to policymakers. Celebrate.
