Women only improv workshop: Confidence boost

Performers rely on one another to support, validate, and build upon each other’s contributions, reducing the pressure to be immediately polished or “correct.”

Rather than eliminating fear, it teaches that fear is not a barrier to participation but something that can be navigated through engagement.

If you have never done improv, this whole thing might feel weird, and you may feel unsure if you should participate. I understand because I was a first-timer once too. But after 8 years of improv, I can tell you—it has changed my life. Give it a go! We will play fun games and exercises, and I guarantee giggles throughout the workshop!! :)
