I believe fitness should transform more than just your body – it should lift your mood, sharpen your mind, and boost your quality of life. My classes are a place to sweat, laugh, push your limits, and feel truly alive. They’re taught in English and open to everyone, creating a welcoming, international space where we train hard, support each other, and grow into a tight-knit fitness family. That sense of belonging is what makes these classes different – and why you’ll look forward to every session.

I’ve been teaching group fitness since 2017 and hold both a Group Fitness Instructor license and a Functional Training certification. Over the years, I’ve led almost every type of workout – from high-intensity intervals to yoga-inspired strength sessions – and have spent years refining my own fusion of yoga flow and Pilates-based training. This bodyweight-focused approach is powerful, adaptable, and leaves you feeling strong, energised, and unstoppable – no matter your starting point.

Outside the studio, I’m passionate about martial arts and finding new ways to challenge myself physically and mentally. Opening my own class spot in Frankfurt has been a long-time dream – and now, I get to welcome you to small-group classes designed to change the way you feel in your body and in your life.

The studio is open 20 minutes before class starts and closes 20 minutes after class ends.

To keep the class flow smooth, please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start time. The door will be locked once the class begins, and late arrivals cannot be admitted.
