About Maria Vautrin
Maria Vautrin is a certified Sound Therapist, Pranayama teacher, Somatic Breathwork coach, a singer and a passionate facilitator of transformational community-oriented gatherings. With almost two decades of experience in mindfulness and healing practices, Maria creates safe, empowering spaces for people to reconnect with their authentic selves and their inner wisdom, break free from limiting beliefs and align with the natural rhythms of life.
Her journey began with three transformative years in a Tibetan Buddhist monastery in India, where she immersed herself in the teachings of mindfulness, self-inquiry, and the nature of consciousness. This deep spiritual foundation informs her unique approach to guiding others through the process of self-discovery and creating a more conscious, intentional life.
Maria blends ancient wisdom traditions, somatic practices, and modern insights on the mind-body connection to guide people toward profound inner shifts. Through retreats, breathwork sessions, singing circles and intention-based gatherings, she helps individuals release the patterns and conditioning that keep them stuck, and step into greater freedom, clarity, and fulfillment.
Maria now lives near Düsseldorf, Germany, with her husband and two children, where she continues to host regular gatherings, inspiring others to live in harmony with the cycles of nature and their own unique essence.
Her offerings are deeply enriched by her experiences in both Eastern and Western traditions, weaving together mindfulness, movement, breath, and creative expression to foster profound transformation and a sense of wholeness.
"Everything in your life is a doorway to awakening. Let’s step through together." ~ Maria Vautrin
