In its third collaboration with the Queer Festival, the Performance Theater Heidelberg e.V. takes the audience on a journey to queer Berlin in the 1920s with its self-written musical "Lila Nacht - Was die Welt auch von uns spricht". Accompanied by music from the era known today as the Golden 20s, you will accompany nine multifaceted characters through this turbulent decade full of upheaval. They move between love and politics in a society not so dissimilar to our own and have to face the increasingly pressing question of what to do when the Weimar Republic's house of cards collapses. A play full of emotion that inspires reflection on the timeless desire for a society in which everyone can find their place.
