WellBad with even more "bad habits" in their luggage!

On "The Boss Hoss" arena tour as support act, on breakfast television on ZDF Morgenmagazin or on Volle Kanne you could already get an impression of what to expect at a concert of the Hamburg band "WellBad". A brilliant live show, carried by Daniel Welbat's powerful, sonorous voice, which dances uninhibitedly back and forth between smoky jazz pub and electrifying rock concert. Their studio album BAD HABITS, released in spring 2023, now forms the basis for the second part of their tour. Playful and multi-faceted, the musical world changers combine retro-inspired songwriting with unusual sound compositions to create their NEW BLUES sound, which is also celebrated in North America.

"This album saved my life and almost destroyed it at the same time," says singer-songwriter Daniel Welbat about his fifth album. Like many artists during the coronavirus lockdown, Welbat also fell to his knees mentally. Isolated from the world, his gaze fell unfiltered on what people like to call bad habits.

"It fucking hurts!" says Welbat, "but these bad habits, the little daily sins, ultimately make us what we are: Human beings! And that's a good thing!" Equipped with a box of whisky and a case of cigars, the singer-songwriter has embarked on a musical meditation in his own way and has certainly written his most personal album to date with Bad Habits.
