In the artist's words:

My name is Britta Albracht, I am a polymer clay artist and sell my jewelry creations, DIY sets and instructions on the subject of polymer clay, color recipes and various accessories in my online store "Candied Apples".

I have been working with polymer clay - better known here under the brand name FIMO® - since 2020 and really love this material because it is endlessly versatile and a lot of fun to experiment with. Designing with my own hands is a wonderful way for me to switch off, immerse myself completely in the creative activity and relax.

The longer I worked with it and made jewelry from polymer clay, the more I learned. In addition to the "mistakes" that you learn from, there are also those that you can avoid with a little basic knowledge. I have spent countless hours researching, trying things out and (mis)trying things and have gained a lot of specialist knowledge and experience. I am very happy to pass on the knowledge I have gained and my own tips to make it easier for other people to get started in the world of polymer clay.

In addition to my instructions and DIY kits, courses and workshops are simply perfect for this. I really enjoy sharing my passion with other people, teaching them something and exchanging creative ideas with them. I've also attended a few creative workshops myself and I love the concept of getting the best tips from an expert in a group with like-minded people.

I'm also sociable and really appreciate the creative exchange with other people.
