Fabio Di Martino

In the artist's words:

After graduating with a degree in engineering, he worked in the IT business for over 14 years, where he was ultimately responsible for team leadership and project management, before setting up his own coaching business. He has been involved in personal development for over 20 years, even before he knew the term.

Early on, he became interested in interpersonal relationships and behavior between men and women, as he, like so many other young men, found it difficult to deal with women.

"How and why does it work so easily for some others and yet others find it so difficult, how does it actually work?"

When he started a new beginning for himself by changing careers and relocating, he immersed himself more and more in the topic and explored it in depth.
2010 was also the beginning of trying out even more new things in life and so he took up couple dancing, Kizomba, and at the same time started another new passion.

Here too, his curiosity and ambition were so great that he immersed himself fully and his two passions merged more and more.

In 2015, he went to Asia to learn even more about himself and human behavior through mindfulness meditation. In the years that followed, he added hypnotherapy, NLP Master Practitioner and other highly effective methods to understand people even better.

This inevitably led him to start supporting other people with his knowledge and experience.

He started teaching Kizomba and organizing events and made these events "more than just dance". He always incorporates his insights into personal development and, just as valuable, he allows

structures and patterns from the dance world into his coaching sessions.

For more than 10 years now, he has traveled to over 20 countries around the world and has not only studied "mating behavior" again and again, but has also established an energetic connection with over 5000 women through dance and learned to read women's charisma and body language in depth.

This makes Fabio Di Martino an expert in leading an authentic life in harmony with his own masculine power, with a special understanding of the interaction with feminine energy.

Self-confidence, authenticity, leadership, seduction, masculinity, mindfulness, relationship communication and understanding femininity are his specialties.

This is how he himself made it from an insecure, shy and aimless boy to a successful, self-confident and authentic man.

Dancing career

When he moved to Düsseldorf in 2010, his passion for dancing also began. He first discovered salsa, when he realized how much fun dancing is. He was always curious for more and something new. His interest in Kizomba followed in 2014 and this dance has captivated him to this day. The great modern music, especially in the UrbanKiz style and the possibility to combine his own music interpretation with his dance partner still fascinates him today. Since 2016, he has been introducing Kizomba to other curious people and organizes a weekly get-together for enthusiastic Kizomba dancers to practice and dance. At this event, he also explains the principles to inexperienced dancers and provides them with advice and support. The response and the steadily growing interest in weekly events and advice have encouraged him to become officially certified as an "UrbanKiz Teacher" and to teach. With this qualification, his existing dance experience, regular participation and further training at dance congresses and his own enthusiasm for UrbanKiz, he has the best prerequisites for introducing this dance to others and awakening their enthusiasm.
