MISTER WHISTLER is the Cologne-based indie newcomer, singer, songwriter and guitarist Stefan Pfeifer. His songs tell stories of loss, hope and new beginnings. In doing so, he also allows us to share in a lust for life that sometimes seems to be lost in today's world.

With his new album, MISTER WHISTLER takes us on an excessive trip through lush arrangements, danceable grooves, powerful finales, but also the quiet moments of our human longings. Grand gestures, an irrepressible desire to experiment, the indulgence between worlds of sound - here, catchy and dreamy pop melodies meet the earthiness of the blues, the tenderness of folk ballads meets the force of spherical post-rock thunderstorms, adept, delicate and powerful guitar playing meets extravagant vocals, electronic beats and loops. Genre boundaries are crossed, torn down or simply ignored.

In his varied live set, MISTER WHISTLER fuses his artful, expressive songs with skillful, energetic performances and rousing power. On stage, he pours out his heart, sings and plays with body and soul - impulsive, soulful and powerful. MISTER WHISTLER's music sounds like sunshine and thunderstorms.
