Thrice, pioneers of post-hardcore and emo, are celebrating the 20th anniversary of their groundbreaking album "The Artist In The Ambulance". The Californian band have reinvented themselves time and time again over the years, developing their innovative sound with albums such as "Horizons / East" and the forthcoming "Horizons / West". Although Thrice were not entirely satisfied with their major debut "The Illusion of Safety", they have re-recorded it under the title "The Artist In The Ambulance - Revisited" to better capture their live energy. With guest contributions from artists such as Ryan Osterman (Holy Fawn) and Sam Carter (Architects), the band has refined the album without losing its original character. The anniversary shows promise an opulent experience, enhanced by special guests such as the Copenhagen post-metal band Town Portal.
