The highlight of the fashion summer is here: the Düsseldorf Fashion Days (DFD) conquer the city & transform Düsseldorf into a paradise for fashion enthusiasts, designers and culture vultures from ⏰ July 24-28. 🤩 Look forward to pop-up markets showcasing local designers and artists, as well as numerous workshops and live DJ sets that will turn the festival into the vibrant heart of the city. DFD Festival Edition on July 27
On Saturday, July 27, the Düsseldorf Economic Development Agency will once again be hosting a DFD Festival Edition under the DFD umbrella brand & making the city shine! 🌟 How? Well, with fashion shows, cool pop-ups and lots of in-shop promotions, while DJs and workshops ensure a great atmosphere. A must-visit for everyone who wants to be inspired and network!

On the day of the festival, around 200 stores, designers and restaurants will transform Königsallee and Schadowstraße into a shopping paradise with unique in-store and outdoor activities. Highlights include pop-ups, free drinks, style consultations and an intercultural pop-up at the Stadtmuseum Düsseldorf, which presents South African brands and collections by Aleks Kurkowski and Marion Strehlow. 📍Corneliusplatz
Corneliusplatz on Königsallee will be the center of the festival on Saturday. Look forward to fashion shows by Sheme Shoes, Mohnfeld Moden, UFINITY, Angelika Kauffmann, ADLYSH, wunderwerk and RIANI, as well as exclusive pop-ups by L'Oréal Luxe and Lucid Motors. Also nice: In the pre-opening for the big Kö fashion show, students from the Academy of Fashion and Design Düsseldorf (AMD) will even be showing their models. We love it!
📍Schadowplatz
The popular public catwalk awaits you at Schadowplatz with fashion shows by the label YOBI from Berlin and individual model advice from the NoToys model agency. Look forward to beauty pop-ups by Carolina Herrera, exclusive evening wear at e-dress, a wheel of fortune at Sephora, coffee treats at Lightroast and Miele, and ice cream in front of the Calvin Klein store.
📍NIO House
A highlight of the DFD Festival is the sustainable indoor pop-up market in the NIO House on Joachim-Erwin-Platz, where you can discover sustainable furniture, art, jewelry, bags and fashion. Particularly exciting: the old DFD Festival flags were upcycled by AMD students and can be seen on the large catwalk and in the NIO House.
📍Schadowstraße
For the first time, start-ups & newcomers will be presenting their innovative designs at the DFD Festival on Schadowstraße, from upcycling fashion and vegan shoes to workshops and custom-fit fashion with AI. Highlights include jewelry from 202 Editions and Cleo goes gold, organic Altus beer, Japanese snacks and non-alcoholic cocktails, as well as stands from Mohnfeld Moden and LEGO.
📍Courtyard garden
This year, the fourth edition of THE DORF - THE MARKET will take place under the motto "A Day in the Park" in the Hofgarten with over 20 Düsseldorf designers, food stalls and Japanese labels. Also included: a musical program with live music from Jazz-Schmiede and PING am Theatermuseum.

Become a model yourself!
Show what you're made of at the DFD Festival: at the public catwalk on Schadowplatz, you not only have the chance to walk down the catwalk yourself and show off your skills, but you can also get feedback and advice directly from the accredited model agency NoToys from Düsseldorf. Then have your picture taken at the big COSMOPOLITAN shoot to take home your personal COSMO cover. 🤫 Shh... Catwalk & COSMOPOLITAN cover shoot? Who does that remind you of Germany's Next Topmodel?
