The Djelem Djelem Festival returns to Dortmund and brings you two special events that delve deep into the culture and history of the Sinti and Roma and at the same time shed light on important social issues.

Join us and be inspired by two events taking place at the Auslandsgesellschaft:

👉 S eptember 7 and 8, 2024: Learn about the rich culture of the Sinti and Roma and take part in a training course that will show you how to actively combat antiziganism. In a safe space, you will strengthen your identity and gain valuable experience in political education work.

September 9, 2024: Look forward to an exclusive reading with up-and-coming authors who will share their powerful and moving stories. Experience why their perspectives are so important in literature and secure a copy of their work - including an exclusive gift!
