Admission with advance ticket is only possible on 11.11. from 11 am to 12 noon.
Please arrive early and have your ticket ready.
After 12 noon, the tickets remain valid, but access is then only possible via the normal entrance, there is no prioritized admission and there may be waiting times and possibly an admission stop if it is full.

The box office is open all day.

We reserve the right to refuse admission to people who are too drunk and/or aggressive.
