act.lit - Antje Mairich liest aus Specials der Saison

In the organizer's words:

On 18.6. we are organizing act.lit for the 3rd time!

In this series of events, we will present five to six books in one evening that we particularly liked and were moved by during the season and that we would definitely like to recommend to you - for yourself or for people you would like to give a present to.

Actors and narrators will lend their voices to the books. Let them read to you and whet your appetite for books!

Are you looking for very special gifts for your loved ones? Do you need some really good vacation reading? Or are you interested in what exciting new books spring and summer have to offer? Perhaps you would simply like to have something read to you again - preferably by someone who is really good at it!

Together with actress and narrator Antje Mairich, we will be presenting five fantastic titles of the season on Tuesday, 18.6.2024, from 7.30 pm and cordially invite you to listen, be inspired and be inspired.

Normally you browse through our shelves yourself and let yourself drift - at act.lit we would like to recommend selected books while you can sit back and relax.

On this evening, we will be presenting books that have it all and are guaranteed to captivate you.

As always, we will open our bar.

Antje Mairich (* 1974 in Wiesbaden) is an actress (theater, television, film), speaker and presenter. After studying acting at the Zurich University of the Arts from 1996 to 1999, she had roles at the Wiesbaden State Theater, at the Burghofspiele in Eltville and at various theaters in North Rhine-Westphalia. As an actress, she is known for "Es ist nur eine Phase, Hase" (2021), "Liebes Kind" (2023) and "Dating Vietnam" (2007), among others. Antje Mairich lives in Cologne.
