AMELIA is a Hamburg-based jazz quartet that indulges in original compositions influenced by folk, pop and rap. For this concert, the four musicians have invited London rapper/songwriter Manny Noir. Together they search for moments of beauty and melancholy and process them in their music and lyrics. The band's sound is influenced by musical role models such as Aaron Parks, Ambrose Akinmusire and Kendrick Lamar.
The Hamburg band will be supported by DJ Major Tom.
