Ami Lyons plays a wonderful mixture of pop-rock. The young English singer-songwriter, now with a four-piece band, tells of a path that led her from her home in England via Scotland and New Zealand to Nuremberg. Her songs are about life, family and relationships that she has discovered along the way. One thing is immediately apparent: Ami loves to challenge herself, with lyrics that roll off her tongue, powerful messages and topics that are usually relegated to the background in society. She knows how to write songs that honestly touch the ear and the heart with harmonies, power and a blues feel. She picked up the guitar 10 years ago and hasn't stopped to this day.
