With his new EP "Mondlandung", Andreas Liebert takes an undisguised look at what carries us through the days - the small questions, the unanswered thoughts, the quiet hopes. His music avoids the noise of the present, lingering instead in the interstices of everyday life, where the great truths often remain unspoken.

In the tradition of the Hamburg School, Andreas Liebert combines clever lyrics with restrained but concise melodies. He prefers to leave the space that others like to fill with grand gestures empty - so that it can slowly fill with meaning. "Mondlandung" is music that takes its time, music that does not rely on quick answers.
