The images of the apocalypse are timeless and apply to every end time, especially to the present time of crisis. Apocalypse means unveiling, what is being unveiled? The "beast of the sea" is an image of the striving for power, the "beast of the earth" is an image of apparent philanthropy, the "woman on the scarlet beast" is an image of the striving for possession, and the "dragon" that inspires them all is an image of nihilistic atheism. These four negative forces currently rule in the earthly world: in contrast to them, four times seven positive forces from the divine world often work in secret: seven divine forces on the spirit level, sometimes known as the "four apocalyptic horsemen", seven trumpet angels on the soul level, seven harvest angels on the life level and seven wrath angels on the body level.

Those who work against these cleansing forces will be plunged into even greater misfortune until they perhaps recognize their true purpose in life. Those who work with them become one with them, free from the negative forces, and attain their inscribed goal in life.

In the end, a woman appears with the sun on her chest, the moon under her feet and twelve stars on her head. She embodies a new future for humanity, and the "child" with whom she is pregnant will be the pure, redeemed people of the future.
