Selma Güngör will lead the argumentation training.
Selma Güngör (she/her) lives in Berlin and works as an anti-racism and diversity trainer and as a consultant for discrimination-sensitive organizational development. She was confronted with racism and discrimination as a child, and so the desire to get involved in anti-racist educational work grew in her at an early age. Since 2020, she has been offering workshops and seminars on the topics of (anti-)racism, discrimination, diversity and empowerment and advises organizations on how to question their own structures and align them in a discrimination-critical manner in order to promote an equal organizational culture.
