In the organizer's words:

Networking is not always easy. How do I approach whom? And how can networking get me ahead professionally?

With our format "Ask me anything - Music Business Matchmaking rethought", we want to redesign networking for FLINTA+ in the music business. The aim is not only to make it easier for young FLINTA+ music professionals to start their careers, but also to show music institutions and experienced music representatives how valuable transgenerational exchange is in the music business. What motivates the young generation and how do they want to be addressed? In an introductory keynote speech, the founder of the "Kurz vor Los Agency" Zora Anika Janacek will shed light on why we should get to know each other and how important an exchange between FLINTA+ people is.

Furthermore, we would like to create a safe space for FLINTA+ with various theater pedagogical methods, which will become the basis for an informal get-together and getting to know each other. In addition to speed dating, where both music newcomers and experienced FLINTA+ in the music business can get to know each other, we would like to give you the basics and tools of networking communication with a theater pedagogical workshop.

Finally, we invite you to join us for dinner and drinks. This event is aimed at musicians as well as all FLINTA*+ behind the scenes in the music business.
