When we started this series of talks in November 2023, we thought about the connection between identity and crisis. And then asked ourselves whether memory can also serve as a utopia? Finally, we considered how hope and loss are connected and what this has to do with our present. With the last date, we now want to look around and ask: what will happen after the current and upcoming election results in Germany and the world?

Journalist and author Hadija Haruna-Oelker and theater maker and author Necati Öziri will join Max Czollek to discuss the question of what it takes to carry on in the face of the current situation. What can we take with us, what do we need to rethink, what things do we leave behind? An evening about the beginning of a new era and the search for old answers. Or perhaps about the return of old times and the search for new answers.
