Ausflug nach Innen - Körperwahrnehmung

In the organizer's words:

As a warm-up to the performance "HAGBOUND", in which three singers from the Leipzig Underground Opera (LUO) explore their own ageing processes as female characters, dancer Suka Horn will take you on an inward journey.

Suka offers an hour of playful exploration of your own body and mind through movement. With slow, gentle and mindful movements, you can discover/awaken places within yourself that have remained hidden until now. This 'journey inwards' is not an athletic workout and is therefore open to anyone who wants to get to know themselves better.
