Ausstellung zum Thema Geschlecht und Flucht

In the organizer's words:

On August 10 & 11, the non-profit association ROSA e.V. will be holding a poster exhibition to draw attention to the situation of women and queer people on the run.

The exhibition includes posters on topics such as the causes of flight and EU migration policy, the situation of women and queer people on the run, the ROSA Safe Space, as well as short stories from women who share their experiences on the run. There will also be cake and merchandise for a donation.

The non-profit association ROSA e.V. was founded in March 2021. ROSA is a political association with an intersectional view of society and a basic queer-feminist and anti-racist consensus. ROSA offers concrete, gender-sensitive support for people on the run and takes a political view of the intersection of gender and flight. In the form of the Rolling Safespace, which travels to the camps in Greece, ROSA provides a mobile contact point that addresses the circumstances and burdens of women on the run and offers a protected space for empowerment.

At the same time, ROSA is building a network of people in solidarity who network in local groups, initial reception facilities, demonstrations and online meetings and work together against patriarchal structures and European isolationist policies.

In Münster, we are a local group with a safe space at a central accommodation facility, among other things.
