It was exactly ten years ago that the audiovisual concert series AV-Picknick gave its first concert in the new building of the LWL Museum - even before the official opening. It was the music of future Oscar-winner Hauschka and DJ Essay that, together with the impressive moving images of video artists AQUIET and FRANCIS, transformed the 14-metre-high front of the foyer into a gigantic screen.

For the first time in ten years, the same set-up will be used for an AV picnic with a new, musical and cinematic concert experience in the museum. This time it will be Berlin musicians Ben Lukas Boysen (electronic sound design) and Anne Müller (cello) who will be joined by video artists AQUIET (Sven Stratmann) and Thomas Tegethoff and their customized live projection performance.
