Farmers' market in Oldenburg stands for regionality and sustainability. Bringing food from the field straight to your plate - without any major detours. That is the idea behind the farmers' market. The farmers process their products by hand and according to traditional recipes. No unnecessary additives are used in order to obtain a product that is as natural as possible.
Our cheese dairies, for example, process the warm milk from their cows directly on the farms in small cheese dairies without transport routes, without pasteurization and homogenization processes, but according to the old craft of cheese making.
