Best of Cinema: SIEBEN - OmU

With just one week to go, Detective Summerset (Morgan Freeman) wants to take his well-deserved retirement and make way for his successor, the young Detective Mills (Brad Pitt). He has just moved to the city with his wife Trace (Gwyneth Paltrow) and is assigned to investigate a bizarre, gruesome series of murders on his very first day. The first victim is a 400-pound man and is found in his apartment with his face buried in food. It turns out that he was forced to eat until he died of internal bleeding. The murders seem to follow a very specific pattern. Each victim represents one of the seven deadly sins: Greed, Pride, Envy, Wrath, Lust, Sloth and Intemperance.
