"PAINTING IN MOTION"

Workshop for children
Ages 6-10 & 10-14

In this creative three-hour workshop we combine the calming
the calming power of painting with the gentle energy of
yoga. The children immerse themselves in a relaxed atmosphere,
in which they can let their imagination run wild and at the same time
and at the same time get their bodies moving.

Watercolor art and fineliner techniques:
Children will learn how to use flowing watercolors and
precise fineliner details to create their own small works of art.

Yoga for creative minds:
Before the creative sessions, the children discover
playfully discover simple yoga and breathing exercises that
relax and give them new energy. Together we practise

ElaCu, born in Trujillo in 1985, is a mother, yoga teacher & museum
museum educator with experience in working with children, e.g. in
improvisational & shadow theater. Her creative approach encourages the
playful expression of feelings, using watercolors to express

VAP, born 1984 in Thessaloniki, switched from technology to art.
