If anyone knows how to celebrate carnival, it's the Biedersteiner. The Schwabing student hall of residence has been celebrating the carnival season since the 1960s: in 1962, the students from the then all-male hall of residence invited the girls from the hall of residence in Kaulbachstraße to a carnival ball. The party must have been a complete success, because it has been held every year since. And the invitation from the Biedersteins is not just for Munich students, but for all carnival lovers out there.
