Leipzig 1936: some are dreaming of war, others are afraid for their lives. And in the middle of it all are the Leipzig packs. Young people in resistance. Against the Hitler Youth. Against the entire Nazi regime. Well networked throughout the city. Full of courage and clearly aware that arrest could mean prison, labor camp or concentration camp.
In Until the Stars Tremble , 16-year-old Harro makes contact with the Connewitz section of the Leipzig Meuten. An encounter that will change his life. Adventures, trips, love, friendship, but also fear, loss and violence will accompany him in the future.
Resistance or retreat? How would we behave? What does growing up in such a regime mean for your own development? How does it feel to live in constant fear?
