In the organizer's words:

At BLAULICHTTAG on July 5, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., everything revolves around the emergency services in Kassel. The fire department, police, THW, Johanniter, DRK, ASB, Luftrettung, Bundeswehr, DLRG and many other blue light organizations will present their modern emergency vehicles and vintage vehicles will show how rescue operations worked in the past. Visitors will be able to experience the technical equipment up close in demonstrations and practice dealing with hazards. At information stands, the volunteer and full-time emergency services will provide information about their important work for society.

The event takes place on the Henschel grounds.

Parking spaces are available on the Henschel site. To park, drive onto the site via the factory entrance on Wolfhager Straße to the corner of Mombachstraße and keep left.
