Blues Einsteiger-Workshop

In the organizer's words:

Blues ......

You always hear about "blues dancing" but don't know what it actually means?
Do you like blues music and want to know how to move to it?
Are you a swing dancer and curious about how to dance relaxed to slow music?
Or do you dance blues and just want to change roles?

The workshop is aimed at all newcomers, refreshers and role changers!

No matter what your reason is, this is your opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of blues dancing!

We'll give you an insight into the basics that make blues so special for us: the blues aesthetic, musicality and a good connection. And we'll show you how you can move (alone and in pairs) on the dance floor to blues music in a relaxed way.

Everybody leads, everybody follows

This course is based on the concept "ELEF - Everybody Leads, Everybody Follows".
This means that you learn both dance roles - leader and follower - because blues dance, even more than other dances, thrives on dialog.

In this course you will learn everything you need to know so that you can continue dancing in the ongoing level 1 course on Monday (course: "Memphis").
