Body of Memories (Musenkuss-Festival)

In the organizer's words:

After the first workshop in June was a complete success, the "Body of Memories" memory collection campaign continues in November.

What memory do you associate with your favorite melody? How do you perceive sounds? What sounds trigger your place of longing? Which sounds are important to you?
Find answers to these questions and become part of the Body of Memories collective.

Body Of Memories is the title of a community project that deals with the collection, preservation and recycling of memories. The aim is to involve the audience and encourage them to use various methods to awaken memories, manifest them and experience them anew.

Participants are invited to embark on a journey in which they collect memories linked to sounds, noises and sounds in particular. The memories they awaken can be preserved and shared in various ways.

To this end, the whisper pub on the first floor of WERK 1.4 will be transformed into a free experimental space in which participants can explore their memories and sound associations at various stations.

The result is a Body Of Memories, which is composed of texts and audio recordings and forms the basis for composition commissions and performances.

A session lasts about an hour, you don't need to bring anything for the workshop.
