Who hasn't experienced the feeling of being "slowed down"? What situations and experiences slow us down and how can we remove "brake blocks" to enable positive personal and social developments, to become creative and to feel free?
10 citizens between the ages of 26 and 86, together with five professional performers and musicians, use personal stories, live music and video screenings to explore the analogy between the physical phenomenon of BREAKING FORCE and their own lives.
Following SUBCUTIS, BREMS:::KRAFT is the second part of the multi-year project series in cooperation with the Theater an der Ruhr and the VolXbühne (Mülheim an der Ruhr), the sociocultural center Alte Feuerwache Köln and Freihandelszone - Ensemblenetzwerk Köln, with which we examine the transferability of physiological and physical phenomena to interpersonal, emotional and social processes.
